My Rant;
So with Far Behind and this track, we're well off the beaten track with regard to all the other bollocks 'top 100' lists i've seen on the net, but here we go.
I'm not going to say the 'N' word in this rant; but this is post grunge music at its very best. Sure FF moved into all sorts of different genres as they aged/developments, but this post grunge.
This really is a beautiful track with that elevates the whole way through.
I remeber listening the New Rock Zone with the Green Man on Radio Haurkai when this came out and they kept getting calls to play this song and Green Man (i went to his Xmas party one year, and they had as much Speights and Wild Turkey Bourbon as you could drink and Miss New Zealand there) called it the most beautiful rock song of all time and and I have to agree. If it was any more beautiful, it probably wouldn't be rock and that is the fine line trodden by the Foo's in this track.
